Allegiance Construction Group (ACG), in collaboration with our trusted vendors, worked closely with the dedicated staff at Triangle Plaza, located at 8770 W. Bryn Mawr Ave, Chicago, IL 60631, to deliver a revitalized 2,545-square-foot corridor and updated restrooms for current and prospective tenants. Designed by Engberg Anderson Architects (8618 W. Catalpa Ave, Suite 1116, Chicago, IL 60018) and engineered by 20/10 Engineering Group (1216 Tower Road, Schaumburg, IL 60173), the space now features distinctive LED lighting and elegant ceramic tile finishes in the elevator lobby. These elements are brought together under a modern black open ceiling, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall tenant experience.
