Schaumburg corporate center

Under contract with Glenstar, Allegiance Construction Group (ACG) completed the relocation and buildout of Seko’s Corporate Offices, located at 1501 E. Woodfield Road, Suite 200W, Schaumburg, IL 60173. The 12,898 usable square foot (USF) project was designed by Interwork Architects Inc. (1717 Deerfield Road, Suite 320, Deerfield, IL 60015) and engineered by Kent Consulting Engineers Ltd. (20 N. Wacker Drive, Suite 1900, Chicago, IL 60606). The tenant buildout included a spacious boardroom, glass-front private offices, modern collaboration rooms, an inviting pantry and gathering space, and an expanded open office area with employee workstations—creating a functional and welcoming corporate environment.
