A million-dollar full floor project for Mariner Wealth investors included the demolition of an entire existing floor and the construction of a whole new 13,600 SF build out at Mid-America Plaza in Oakbrook Terrace. The space features a luxurious reception area with three conference rooms for client meetings to occur, in addition to 14 spacious perimeter offices for the firm’s portfolio managers to house out of. This space uniquely designed a large pantry area featuring quartz countertops and direct access to the building’s huge 4th floor terrace, giving the firm a fantastic place to host an event. Also included in the scope was completely renovate the existing restrooms on the floor to match high-end finish selections.
