Strategic Coach, a premier training organization located within the esteemed O’Hare International Center, undertook an impressive expansion of their existing 20,306 square foot facility. By acquiring and seamlessly integrating an adjacent 12,080 square foot suite, they elevated their operations with the addition of a state-of-the-art workshop, an inviting Facilitation Lounge, and a generously appointed kitchen designed to accommodate and serve meals to over 80 participants during training sessions. The renovation was thoughtfully executed to harmonize with the existing space, meticulously matching finishes and delivering a cohesive, sophisticated environment that precisely embodied Strategic Coach’s vision for growth and excellence.
