This 7,659 square foot renovation of The Terry Group’s suite at the prestigious Prudential Plaza—boasting views of the iconic Chicago Bean—was a sophisticated transformation executed with precision and care. While maintaining full operational continuity for the client, the space was reimagined to include four new private offices, a refined conference room, a tranquil quiet room, and a fully upgraded kitchen area. The design elegantly integrates DIRT system glass partitions and doors, premium finishes, specialty lighting, and a white noise system. Meticulous coordination was essential to ensure a seamless blend with the existing environment, resulting in a cohesive, elevated workplace that exemplifies both function and finesse.
