O’hare international center

Allegiance Construction Group (ACG) worked directly with Labor Solutions to relocate their Corporate Offices to the O’Hare International Center, located at 10275 W. Higgins, Suite 700, Rosemont, IL 60018. The 10,028 usable square foot (USF) space was designed by Whitney Architects (123 N Wacker Drive, Suite 2450, Chicago, IL 60606) and engineered by Kent Consulting Engineers Ltd. (20 N. Wacker Drive, Suite 1900, Chicago, IL 60606). The tenant buildout featured a spacious boardroom, glass-front private offices, modern collaboration rooms, an inviting pantry and gathering area, and an expanded open workspace for employee cubicles, creating a highly functional and collaborative corporate environment.
